Joseph Rosen

Joseph S. Rosen is the President and one of the original founders of Summit. Prior to the formation of Summit, Mr. Rosen was a principal with Larus Capital Partners. Mr. Rosen also worked with the family office headed by his father, Harvey Rosen, which has invested over $1.5 billion in real estate. The family office has major multifamily and condominium developments and conversions throughout the United States and has experience with the acquisition and operation of over 16,000 multifamily units and its current industrial portfolio of 800,000 square feet. Mr. Rosen served as a Deputy District Attorney for Los Angeles County and remains a member in good standing of the California State Bar. Mr. Rosen is the brother-in-law of Ryan Lynch, Co-CEO of Summit. He received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law and graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Economics.
